EXCHANGE POLICY | RETURN | REIMBURSEMENT
2URBAN seeks a transparent and respectful relationship with our customers and therefore accepts the exchange/return of your purchase for any reason.
The deadline for making your exchange/return is 10 calendar days after receiving the order, regardless of the reason, whether regret, withdrawal, defective product, size, dissatisfaction or any other reason.
Check the return rules:
Check that the product is within the deadline (10 calendar days after receiving the product);
IMPORTANT: Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted.
All items must be returned in their original packaging (box), with tags and seals intact. All accessories must be shipped with the product;
The product must not have been used or damaged;
The Invoice and Return Guide must be sent together with the product.
If you do not receive confirmation that the product has been returned to 2URBAN, you will have 30 days to contact us and confirm receipt from the date the return is posted to 2URBAN. For contacts after this period, we cannot guarantee a refund.
We want all the products in your order to arrive in perfect condition and hope you enjoy your shopping experience with us. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 calendar days of receipt. We will intermediate the contact with the manufacturer brand to analyze the problem item.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Before returning your product, please make sure it meets the rules detailed in the EXCHANGE POLICY | DEVOLUTION.
If so, you must:
By contacting the Customer Support Service, you will be able to choose the form of REFUND of the amount paid for the goods, which can be in credits for a new purchase on the website or in the same form of payment chosen in the purchase process. That is, if it was paid with a credit card, the chargeback will be made according to the closing date of your invoice, which may be in the month of your request or the following month. If it was paid by online debit or bank slip, the amount will be credited to the current account you indicate;
Shipping costs will not be refunded;

Import fees will only be refunded if you choose to refund in credits for purchases on the site; 2URBAN will review the condition of the returned product within 72 business hours of receipt. If the goods do not meet the criteria mentioned above, the site is exempted from accepting the return and the product will be sent back to the delivery address.
